Time to Shine!

Calling all junior artists! Project Heart is looking for two more children with CHD to create a piece of art to be auctioned at our fundraiser. Each year, Project Heart hosts an annual art show called Little Hearts, Big Art to raise money for CHD research. Submit your child’s artwork in our online contest and it could be chosen for the show! The child with the most votes and a Project Heart staff pick will have their artwork featured at the event.

What is Little Hearts, Big Art?

Little Hearts, Big Art is an art show and live auction fundraising event.  The artwork from 10 local professional artists and 8 junior artists with CHD will be showcased. The event takes place on September 21st, 2019 at Track One in Nashville.

Who are Junior Artists?

Junior artists are kids (ages 2 to 15) that have a congenital heart disease.

How does the contest work?

The contest is open now! Simply submit a photo of your child’s art. The last day to enter a heart warrior and their art work is July 5th. Voting begins July 6th and ends on July 20th. Both winners will be announced July 22nd. The winners are responsible for shipping the art work to the Project Heart office (2934 Sidco Drive, Suite 110 Nashville, TN 37204). Project Heart is not liable for any shipping damages. The package must be postmarked by August 5th to ensure we get the lovely work in time for the event!

How does my heart warrior enter?

Step 1: Create 

Have your heart warrior create an art piece. This can be anything from a painting to a sculpture — if it is art, it counts!

Step 2: Smile 

Take a photo of your heart warrior with the art work they created. Make sure the art work can be clearly seen. Your heart warrior must be in the photo, it cannot just be a photo of the art work.

Step 3: Submit

Enter the photo in the Junior Artist Contest here!

Step 4: Share

Share the contest link when voting opens on July 6th and continue to share it on social media and with family and friends to get as many votes as you can.

Step 5: Check Back
