With the current state of the on-going Covid-19 pandemic, we have postponed Rhythm Run 2020 to June 6th. We will continue to monitor the situation and will further postpone if needed. However, we want to celebrate the original date of April 4th!
To do that, join us from the safety of your own area to run/walk for those with CHD. Though we cannot be together during this time, by doing the same activity on the same day we can feel a bit more connected to each other — even if from a far. So grab your sneakers and go outside on April 4th to walk/run the 3.14 miles (5k) or 1 mile. You can walk around your house, around the block or at a park with a paved trail. Make sure to go to a non crowded area and if you do encounter people be sure to stay at least six feet apart.
