Ready, Set, Go!

Come out and support Project Heart in our first annual Rhythm Run 5k. Join us on May 18th, 2019 at Vaughn’s Creek Cross Country Course. Early packet pick up will be held at Fleet Feet Brentwood on May 17th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. For the day of the event, 5k check in will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. The 5k will begin at 8:30 am and the event will go until 12:30pm.

There will be prizes for the overall winner, the 15+ age group winner and the 14 and under age group winner. Wake up early, put on your running shoes and get ready for an afternoon full of fun and community. Enjoy the nature of Vaughn’s Creek, balloon animals, yard games, a photo booth, face painting, food, music and more!

The full three miles not for you? No worries! The one mile Lub Dub Dash is here and free to participate in. Check in for the Lub Dub Dash will be from 8:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. We will officially kick off the Lub Dub Dash at 9:05 a.m.! **Those who are already participating in the 5k and wanting to participate in the Lub Dub Dash as well can simply start whenever they finish.
